Artist Helen Bronte Boyd
Australian Visual Artist Helen Bronte Boyd is a contemporary painter who lives and works in both Sydney, Australia and Hong Kong.
Boyd studied Visual Arts whilst living in Christchurch, New Zealand and furthered her studies in Melbourne, Australia. After moving to Hong Kong in 2002, she co-created studio2 an artist run studio/gallery in the heart of SoHo. Later Boyd continued fostering the local art community through Studio SK.ink. which she cofounded and then through H Studio Gallery, which she founded and ran by herself.
Boyd’s vibrantly coloured works range from painted canvases to layered mixed media,richly textured and to depict the evolving, challenging and joyous elements of life, family and art.
Her work now features in private collections around the world including Asia, Australasia, The United Kingdom, Europe, The Middle East and North America.
As well as nurturing her own art practise, Boyd also consults,curates exhibitions and tutors art for others.
